The EUCAP Nestor mission expands its sector of activity and recruits

(BRUSSELS2)The maritime capacity building mission in the Horn of Africa EUCAP NESTOR recruits more than forty people on secondment or contract. A deputy head of the mission, the political adviser, high-level experts (Police CID, Navigation and Maritime Situational, Training, Personal Adviser Chief of Navy, Personal Adviser Chief Coast Guard) and "technical" specialists responsible for ensure the proper functioning of the mission (logistics, nurse, security officer, Reporting Officer, Legal Adviser, Finance, etc.).

4 geographical anchor points

It can be noted that apart from the points where the mission is already well established - Djibouti (mission headquarters) and Seychelles - these positions also concern the extension of the missions in Tanzania (Dar es Salaam), Somalia (Mogadishu), and even in Yemen (where a liaison officer is recruited.
