The Quezako functions as a permanent collection, which can be read from cover to cover, "picked" on one or two particular subjects or serve as a reminder on a particular point. Diplomacy, operations, sanctions, means and capabilities of European defense... It is regularly enriched with new files, additional information, new references, or updates.

The objective is both educational and scientific. It is aimed at everyone — whether they are directly interested in this policy — students, researchers, professors, European Union officials, competition candidates, MPs — or simply curious. The writing aims to be precise but also accessible, even for non-specialists. The ambition is to make known.

The approach remains journalistic. Faithful to what made the success of the "Brussels2" blog, our tone is intended to be uncompromising for certain errors or weaknesses, but it also refuses to sink into criticism for criticism's sake or into Euro-pessimism, in accordance with the editorial slant of B2.
